Sundered Fate

Sundered Fate is the second box to Warcry's second edition season.
This box contains new scenery that works with the scenery of the previous box (Heart of Ghur), a new campaign, two new warbands, one of which isn't represented by the Chaos Alliance but rather by the Seraphon of the Order Alliance.
Overall this box has everything you need but the core rulebook. Get one of those and you’re good to go with the contents provided (or download it for free here).

So we continue our journey into the gnarl woods of Ghur, looking for treasures and foes to hunt down.

The terrain this time was (for me) a little disappointed as there wasn't much difference in the terrain from the previous box. As always the scatter terrain was the same as the previous box and the 2 Gnarlwood trees were only a little bit different from the Hear of Ghur box. It does have a nice looking center piece for terrain, but i am sure you could find it on eBay if you only want that piece of terrain. All but that this terrain sets works well with the terrain of the Heart of Ghur box, it might be worth getting later on when the terrain is being sold separately. as they have done with the Heart of Ghur Terrain. (Ravaged Lands: Gnarlwood Watchcamp). The whole terrain set has the following items.

1. 1x Hollow Refuge
2. 2x Gnarloaks
3. 2x Rope Bridges
4. 5x Obstacles

When we look at the warbands it was a nice supprise to finally have a warband that isn't Chaos related. In Heart of Ghur we had 2 Chaos warbands, this time we recieved 1 Chaos and 1 Order warband. Both look insanely good, lots of details and I am sure with painters will have a blast painting these models in various colors. 

Warband Hunters of Huanchi 

13 Seraphon hunters who stalk the ruins of Talaxis. 

• 1x Chameleon Skink Alpha
• 1x Huanchi’s Claw
• 1x Chameleon Skink Hornblower
• 3x Terrawings,
• 7x Chameleon Skinks with a variety of weapons

A great looking warband fill with small Cameleon like models to hunt their pray down using various weapons and abilities. These models are a nice asset to the Seraphon faction and I am Sure they will be seen on the battlefield in Age of Sigmar aswell.

Warband Jade Obelisk 

10 sinister stonecutters dedicated to casting down the idols of their enemies. 

• 1x Nephrite Priestess
• 1x Obelisk Bearer
• 1x Idolarc
• 3x Desecrators
• 4x Defacers with a variety of weapons

This warband is the human of the cult of the realm of beast with a clear connection to Tzeentch. Having heard a voice from an obelisk or jade demanding a sacrifice for great power, these humans saw their skin turn into stone so they could fights back anybody that dare to face them.
